    The good thingsBekerja di PT MSS cukup Baik, Rekan kerja dan lingkungan yang nyaman, serta tidak adanya sistem kontrak untuk pegawai. Setiap karyawan yang masuk akan menjalani masa uji coba 3 bulan dan langsung diangkat menjadi karyawan tetap.
    The challengesDalam faktanya, bekerja di PT MSS Untuk masalah Gaji memang terkesan biasa saja, gaji standar UMR Kota Semarang, namun kurang dalam memberi tunjangan dan bonus seperti uang kehadiran, uang lembur, uang makan,reward dan sebagainya. Serta untuk berkarier juga susah karena semua tergantung dengan kebijakan. Semoga ada perbaikan yang lebih baik dari management PT MSS nantinya
