The good thingsHaving good working environment and the employer give any chances & challenges for staff to explore and develop. As long as the employee have a good motivation to keep learning, exploring and trying they have a big opportunity to growing bigger with the company.

The challengesSince the company has no strictly SOP yet then the employee must having bigger motivation and initiative to solve their job and the problems. The more you give any effort the more you get knowledge & chances. The key is initiative. You can not only sit and keep waiting for instruction but you have to put an extra effort to make your job done.

The good thingsLingkungan kerja yang serius tapi santai dan ada bonus tahunan (diluar THR ya..hehe dan yang terakhir adalah kita bisa dapat company trip ke Luar Negri lho

The challengesKarena Merimen adalah perusahaan IT Software (Cloud Based) yang lebih mengutamakan jasa, kesulitan bekerja disini adalah kita sebagai karyawan harus multitasking dengan resource yang bisa dibilang sedikit di setiap negara, sedangkan Client yang subscribe banyak maka Teamwork disetiap divisi harus dijaga dan siap saling back up.
