    It is a Great Thing to Have an Internship in here, Good Mentors, Good Technician and all of the Staff
    The good thingsI got So many experiences when starts to have an intern in here, i have been communicated for a long time to try get this chance, especially in COVID-19 Pandemic when it is very hard to get a good place on Student Internship. All of the staff helps me to get this best position and i got that in SSB Ibul Station. Although i'm only a pair with my partner, there are so many staff helps us to finish this intern. They give all they can to help our works untill it's complete, I am so glad to be the part of this intern here although by online method
    The challengesWhen COVID-19 Pandemic still struct and disturb us to get this experience, it's not easy to adapt in online method of Internship. The Mentors expects us very highly to understand the process and give some opinions to improve the process of production. the experience in here really challenges us to do more to understand the process and give something different. Although those challenge, i'm glad to be the part in here

Pekerja juga diberikan fasilitas yang sangat memadai, mulai dari makanan, tempat tinggal hingga fasilitas olahraga.
    The challengesHal yang sulit dilakukan adalah dikarenakan bekerja di lapangan, maka sangat dituntut untuk profesional, jadi apabila sedang hari libur nasional ataupun hari raya, para pekerja yang memiliki tanggung jawab untuk bekerja, diharuskan tetap berada di lapangan, dikarenakan tanggung jawab pekerjaan yang tidak dapat di tinggalkan.

    The good things- Working environment is pretty open. You may meet the managers at any convenience time. - A lot of out-of-office activities supported by the Company. - Office hour is 7:00 - 16:00 which is quite good because its pretty early and not too late like any other companies.
    The challenges- Hard to get promotions and increase in salary - Subjectivity in performance evaluation is pretty high - Hard to get recognition in the Division where I work for
