    Manuchar is a good place to not only make a living, but also to make a great team.
    The good thingsMultinational company, Good teamwork atmosphere, Medical insurance benefit, Macbook Pro as standard equipment, Good transport allowance, Good telecommunication allowance, for sales - you don't need to go to office everyday, Reasonable challenge of performance, Key performance index calculation for bonus, annual employee picnic or team building event

    The good thingsSaya bergabung di Manuchar, tahun 2009, saat itu Manuchar Indonesia baru merintis usaha baru di Indonesia. Karyawannya hanya ada 3 orang. 1 orang expat sebagai Direktur, Saya dan 1 orang sales. Karena kami hanya bertiga, kami harus bekerjasama dengan baik, menjalankan semua fungsi dalam perusahaan. Kami semua multitasking!! What a live!! so perfect. Banyak pengalaman baru yang kami dapat disana.
    The challengesHarus menyesuaikan diri secara extra cepat, untuk handling fungsi2 baru dalam perusahaan yang mungkin pada waktu itu belum pernah saya dapat dari pengalaman2 sebelumnya.
