    The good thingsSetiap masalah langsung dibahas, dan masalah besar langsung dibahas dengan manajemen disaat itu juga, tidak ditunda tunda. walaupun pembahasannya sifatnya informal. ruang kerja dan lingkungan kerja yg nyaman.
    The challengeskendala ada pada bahasa korean. karena mayoritas pimpinan dept head saat itu masih orang korea. jadi komunikasi kadang tidak nyambung atau salah persepsi.
