Toxic place - NPD People insideThe good thingsProbably the good things happened to me that they provide computer, fast internet, tables, AC (which actually not working in hot weather of surabaya) and shoes rack. Their location is great since it's in shophouses complex, there are pharmacies to buy painkillers and good clinic and a good coffee shop nearby.
The challengesSometimes, there will be bottles or pencils flying to you. Other times, the owners / bosses / whatever will throw perverse and misogynistic jokes. If you're a woman, you'll find yourself being told - indirectly - to clean the toilet or sweep the floor. They also love to gaslight you. They will make you think that you're a very bad and stupid person and then told you that there are no other better place to work than their company. Also they don't have boundaries between personal and professional life, and want to control how we are supposed to feel and think.
