    good company, would be a great company in the future
    The good thingsgood learning environment. the different machinery makes me have to learn a lot more to properly do my job. but i learn a lot from what i currently do. working in lamipak has also increase my english speaking skill since i need to use it to communicate with other employees. i am also satisfied with the direction my supervisor give me. from the start, i already have a clear path on what i should be doing. i am also satisfied with the facility they gave us, such as transportation and lunch.

    The good thingsAs a brand-new company, it does give the employee the opportunity to contribute in developing the organization from scratch. Allowing each team member to implement their skills and knowledge they had from their previous experience. The advanced technology this company bring to Indonesia has enriched the exposure, skill and knowledge of the employee.
    The challengesSuper rapid changes has created confusion and insecurity. The changes not only in the system or policies and procedure, but in people in the organization as well. The management trust more on the third party, this demotivated their key talents. Employee engagement level and trust to management is very low. The chaos happened even before the company start its operations.
