    Promising
    The good thingsRelatively mild stress environment for a Japanese company, with low amount of overtime and negative stereotypes such as drinking with your boss and pressure to stay late (you do have holiday with your co-workers though!). Work life balance is good thanks to that! Strong position in the current market relative to its competitors, especially for a young (est. 2013) company, which is impressive. Another plus would be relatively flat (2-3 tier only) company structure owning to the fact it's a young company
    The challenges- Prepare to be asked to work outside of your area of expertise - Job description? what's that? is it delicious? - Getting flung around the country (could be a plus!) - Flying out at 2AM and getting back at 11PM just in time to sleep and get to work the next day - Super long meetings - Sometimes having to decipher your manager's expectation yourself - Not really good in regards to physical and monetary perks

    One of best company
    The good things- New company in Indonesia (5 - 6 years) - Company not limited your creativity - Traveling around Indonesia (depend on which region that you get) - Many training of product you can get - Overseas duty every year - Get new information and knowledge of Agriculture Industry - Almost no strong competitor to compete with Kubota brand in Agriculture Industry
    The challenges- Not get incentives (Only yearly sales) - Target from company that revise after achieved or nearly achieved (Seems impossible to reach) - Your dealer can be a big blow for your position - Too many reports from your activity (demo, exhibition or gathering) and business trip
