    Feel comfortable and lucky to be able to work here, get a good working environment, can learn many things and have impressive work experience, And for salary payments, they are never late and are always transparent, hopefully in the future Ishigamaya can be more advanced and more successful.
    The good thingsI feel lucky to be able to work with Ishigamaya, I get benefits from all BPJS, and work 5 days with 2 days off every week, I also get a 1 ½ hour break every day.
    The challengesLearn many things and can understand English and Japanese indirectly little by little.

    Of the several companies I have worked for, this is the only one that treats humans the most, is willing to accept employees who have no basic skills at all, is willing to guide even those who have zero experience, and the most enjoyable thing is, they have 2 days off a week, I have never had anything like this, and the break time is 1 and a half hours, which is more than enough to rest, I have signed 3 contracts, I feel like I really want to be here forever.

    Same as the previous review, being a designer here is really unpleasant and undervalued. Deadlines are unclear, and every day you hear complaints but receive no appreciation. When asked what's wrong, they can't even answer. The boss doesn't know what to do with design stuff but still talks badly about our work. Not to mention the salary is manipulated, and there are a lot of unclear rules. It’s claimed that everything is in the company’s policy, but no one knows what those policies are
    The good thingsNothing good comes from it - the boss micromanages and is always yelling, and the work environment is awful.
    The challengesYou have to handle a lot of work, whatever it is, you must be able to do it also your boss doesn't have patient

    The worst company of all time, bad work environment, bad management, toxic culture atasan yang terlalu tempramen, aturan aturan di luar nalar, kita diharuskan lembur setiap hari tanpa bayaran sepersenpun tapi jika terlambat datang walau hanya 2 menit saja potongan nya sangat sangat besar. atasan yang merupakan orang asing selalu berkata "I don't care about your goverment" setiap kali karyawan menanyakan tentang hari libur nasional dan cuti bersama.

    really really not recommend for anyone who wanted to work as graphic design, no headset allowed not even can do design by your self everything layouting by the boss who don't event know design and very messed up company management. they wanted us as staff to do overtime without payment, and also cut up your salary with %(percetage) if you coming late if you fresh graduated or experienced this company will really messed up your work life.
    The good thingsthere's no good thing in this company, worst environment.
    The challengesthe working pace is so bad, the boss don't even know what to do with design stuff but still talking bad thing about our result.
