    Honest review been working for more than 5 years (HAVE TO-Still going)
    The good thingsFlexibility in working time, you can work more than 8 hours anywhere. Bonuses is High, you can improve your personal mental health. For certain positions you don't need to graduate from university and increase your bonuses based on speaking skill and attitude skill to higher position. You can still work here even after your retirement age is reached and still have same position as before retirement.
    The challengesFor certain positions there may be no Bonuses even in cent. Get home in time is a taboo culture. poromote for higher position in Head Office is possible if you can showoff your speaking and attitude skill to higher position. You have to be old fashioned working type. More skills more work, that means more time spent in the office and creates an image of a diligent employee. The salary for Bachelor Degree and High School Degree approximately 10%

    The good thingsTempat untuk belajar sambil bekerja. rutinitas kerja yang santai dan kalau diproyek lebih flexible dan banyak pengalaman pekerjaan di kontraktor. rekan kerja yang baik dan mau menolong satu sama lain dalam team. kantor yang bisa mengajak karyawannya beribadah dan doa bersama (sesama katolik atau kristen)
    The challengesjika terlalu santai maka akan ketinggalan mengerjakan pekerjaan di proyek ritme kerja yang monoton dan terkesan membosankan bisa jadi akan menyebabkan karyawan sulit berkembang.

    The good thingsPT KIK merupakan perusahaan kontraktor ME yang banyak memberikan kita ilmu bermanfaat apabila kita berada diposisi staff commisioning. Ilmu tersebut diantaranya proses sistem pengkondisian udara pada industri farmasi. Dijamin 99% anda bakal merasakan betapa bermanfaatnya ketika kita belajar di dunia teknik pendingin dan tata udara kemudian mengawali karir di PT KIK. Senior staff yang beragam keahlian membuat kita menjadi dewasa dalam melakukan tugas dan kewajiban.
    The challengesPT KIK hanya perusahaan kontraktor ME, sehingga jadwal untuk melakukan proses strt up dan Commisioning sangat bergantung dari kesiapan konstruksi, baik itu sipil maupun ME. Atas dasar pertimbangan tersebut menjadikan waktu kerja kita sangat terbatas dan harus ekstra cepat. Selain itu jam kerja di PT KIK ketika kita berada di proyek menjadi tak teratur karena orang commisioning banyak jadwal mendadak yang harus segera mungkin terselesaikan.

    Great Company in Mechanical Electrical and HVAC
    The good thingsThis company really prepared their worker to be well trained in their job and ready to work as their requirement standard. They give a lot of training to improve skill and competences of their workers. This company has open minded company and great culture to make sure family bounded in their worker are achieved. I'm really pleased to be here.
    The challengesWith so many training, definitely open up chances to learn something new and we have to hard work to accomplished their work movement. And make sure you got a guts and motivation to be agent changes and great worker.
