    The good thingsThe working environment is enjoyable and full of friendship, also provide us with a enough space for making a decision which it is good for development of each responsibility. Working for 8 hours per day will be a 'short time' to enjoy every moment in the office.
    The challengesAs it is private company, so that it will keep pushing us to work efficiently in order to reduce operating cost. Therefore the working pressure for sure will always in high tension. However, I believe in term of reciprocal, it should be fair as company provide us with high salary to generate profit for the employer.

    The good thingsLingkungan kerja yang baik dan komunikasi serta koordinasi antar karyawan atau dengan atasan sangat baik. Safety Induction dan diskusi selalu dilakukan sebelum memulai kegiatan. Sebagai mahasiswa yang kerja praktek disana, dibimbing dengan baik oleh pembimbing sesuai jenis pekerjaan. HRD sangat membantu dalam proses kerja praktek. Fasilitas yang didapatkan sangat baik. Serta budaya kerja dan kekeluargaan sangat baik.
    The challengesKesultan yang dihadapi berkaitan dengan tempat kerja yang cukup jauh antara satu PIT dengan PIT lain. Karena saya mahasiswa yang kerja praktek, sedikit mengalami kendala saat penggunaan aplikasi untuk bagian geoteknik yang cukup banyak dan personal computer saya tidak support untuk beberapa aplikasi.
