The good thingsLab dijaga sangat bersih, instrumen lab lengkap, kolega suportif, ada pelatihan rutin mengenai updating regulasi dan lab skill. Gaji bulanan memuaskan dan ada bonus bila penjulan melampaui target. Ada fasilitas makan siang, susu, dan vitamin, swab rutin 2 minggu sekali, serta ada fasilitas isolasi mandiri bila karyawan terinfeksi SARS-CoV-2.
The challengesSejauh ini belum ada kesulitan yang berarti karena setiap masalah selalu dapat diselesaikan bersama dengan pihak-pikah yang berwenang.
