Aturan perusahaan yang jelas dan memandang karyawan sebagai aset yang harus diberikan kesempatan belajar dab berkembang dan tidak memandang etnis. 2. Pemberian Vitamin suplemen kesehatan untuk karyawan. 3. Pemberian Gift & ucapan selamat ulang tahun bagi karyawan dan anak karyawan yang berulang tahun. 4. Para leader yang ramah, yang selalu membimbing dan membuat saya bekerja nyaman, walaupun saya baru disini. 5. Lingkungan kerja yang nyaman/ no polusi, rekan-rekan yang baik dan kompak serta saling bekerja sama untuk kemajuan perusahaan.

    The good thingsDi HDI kami seperti mendapatkan keluarga baru dengan profesionalisme dan work ethic yang tinggi. Open door management, nice office dan environment yang sangat nyaman. Productnya juga bagus untuk kesehatan, bonus berkali-kali lipat sangat memotivasi karyawan dalam mencapai target. Semua KPI jelas di dalam dashboard yang di review oleh management setiap minggu dan kemudian akan menjadi perhitungan Bonus yang dibagikan setiap quarter. Perusahaan yang resistant terhadap krisis dengan financial yang sangat sehat, asuransi kesehatan pun terjamin.

    The good thingsSebuah pengalaman bergabung dengan perusahaan yang CEO nya merupakan warga negara Singapura yang tentunya memiliki perlakuan yang berbeda di perusahaan dimana kita diperlakukan seperti keluarga. Selain bekerja di sini banyak juga pelatihan yang diberikan melalui HRD dan Leader Enterpriser. Untuk tunjangan selain salary, uang makan juga terdapat beberapa tunjangan lain seperti free produk perusahaan, tunjangan pembelian APD, bahkan juga diberikan masker dan face shield gratis dari perusahaan.
    The challengesWork and Life not balance, dimana terdapat pekerjaan yang sifatkan daily, weekly dan monthly dengan date line yang tidak panjang sehingga tentunya tingkat stress cukup tinggi di sini.
