    The good things- Many Facilities such as lunch, snack, drink, and sometimes Barbeque Time - Nice Environment - Nice People - Can Work from Home - High Salary - Good place to start for fresh graduate who wants to improve their carrier in construction sector - Many experience we can get from working in this company - Can improve our English well by working with Australian client
    The challenges- Need to be able to read and write English since the client is from Australia - The job we get is a lot, so we need to be able to work efficiently and effectively, but it's not much a problem since we can reschedule when we can't finish it in that day
