    The good thingsDi isni anada kan menemui bermacam orang dari team dan keahlian yang berbeda beda,ini bisa mengasah skill dalam bekeraja dengan team ,negosiasi maupun ilmu project.ini perusahaan join venture sinarmas dan cepsa.pengalaman yang sangat berharga untuk bekerja di perushaan ini.
    The challengesDI pt energi sejahtera mas belum menyediakan mess untuk karyawan saat ini,karana masih dalam kondisi project.ini mempersulit access dari kota dumai ke site plan yang berjarak 20 km dari kota dumai.terlalu banyak expatriat dan vendor dari luar mempersulit komunikasi karana bahasa yang berbeda beda.
