    I have worked for the E-Commerce division for more than 2 years. I experience an inclusive working environment, supportive managers, flexibility in generating and implementing ideas, good pay, and a relatively proper work-life balance.
    The good thingsHigh flexibility for ideas, managers did not restrict to implement your initiatives. Mistakes did not come out as punishment but rather as room of improvement and motivation.
    The challengesThe employee onboarding process and further training in developing skills for existing employees need to be improved.

    The good thingsGaji yang ditawarkan cukup tinggi dan diatas rata-rata, mendapatkan fasilitas makan siang, lokasi kerja strategis.
    The challengesOleh karena manajemen masih dipegang oleh keluarga owner maupun anggota keluarga lainnya, sehingga kebijakan dan arahan pekerjaan kurang akurat dan sering menimbulkan kebingungan.
