    The good thingsSalary always paid on time. Clear SOP and job desc. Clean and strict administration The superior sometimes treat the employee with food. Friendly coworkers
    The challengesSo where do I start? First, the working hours As what i said on the headline above, working here means that you won't have any personal time.for yourself, because you'll spend more than 12 hours in the office everyday. The employment agreement states that the working hours are 8am to 5pm, when in fact you are asked to come at 7.30 am,and go home when the boss has told you to go home which is usually it is above 8 pm. There is no break time either, the boss only allows employees to eat, and after that they will be asked to work again. there is no break to just play cellphone or other. Second, the working SOP The SOP given is very clear, but it can change at any time depending on the mood of the office coordinator. Third, the administration I have to admit that the administration in this place is very neat and strict. so if you are not used to doing administration carefully, then don't try to apply for work in this place. Fourth, the management Bad, really bad. All admin staff must report to the same person, all work will be checked one by one, it makes the reporting process very long, the work is hampered, and the result? very long working time. If you made a mistake, it's like the end of the world. Fifth, the salary The company will offer minimum wage, and the opportunity for additional income every 3 months. where in reality the addition never happened for admin staff. sick? your wages will be deducted. In conclusion, If you get a job application here? DON'T PS : The age of the owners is no longer young, and there is no regeneration. when they retire, the company looks like it will not continue. the turnover rate is very high, no admin staff lasts more than a year.the company owner does not trust others.

    The challengesLess supervision working in the customer site that is why this position needs a person who are personally self motivated, easy to addapt, and eager to learn. Moreover, fast pace learner and self starter person will be helpfull.

    The good thingsNothing good thing right here, not good for career path, very very full time worker, half past eight - to - nine or ten at night, overtime without get paid, no health benefits, everyday on office with full of bad vibes.
    The challengesdualisme managerial, very stressed if you worked right here, complicated bureaucracy, strict calculations sometimes make no sense. for the Representative manager, only main director have little bit kindnes right there.
