The challengesThis is a family company, where feelings is more important than actual work. Like and dislike from the boss is what will influence how you are perceived. The boss can be very intrusive on personal lives, boss and boss lady are not in good relationship with each other, so they fight a lot, and the employees are actually expected to take sides. Lady boss also steals money from boss, and employees are made into scapegoats.
