    The challengesThe challenges is you must have strong legs, ears that cannot hear, a stone heart, a massive brain. because you will work under pressure using a standing computer, a toxic environment, employees, bosses and other staff. there is no discussion there is only blaming and dropping each other. cruel boss.

    The good thingsHere I get knowledge, experience, friendship and bonuses, holiday allowances.
    The challengesThe work environment is less supportive for staff to work better (especially those related to documents) where chairs are not provided and it is also noisy because it is in the same room with the production area.

    The good thingsThe good things is salary payment never late, have a yearly bonus for selected person only (may be staff only).
    The challengesManagement no provide chair to overall staff who directed working at production line (Engineering, QA, Prod staf) etc your a pregnant. Company culture was bad, you will blamed by other departement and update your mistake at WA group even it a small mistake, every single case will update at WA group.

    The worst company I have ever worked for. Horrible.
    The good thingsI still earned my salary
    The challengesThe company don't provide chair for the staff, that he/she should have it to support working. People need to feel comfortable during the work to think the ideas properly. Standing up during the work is not worth, your staffs will have the pain in their legs, can't think well. The one they think is how to escape from that terrible company.

    The good thingsSangat menikmati perkerjaan sebagai operator produk, karna saya dituntut diberbagai bidang sehingga saya menguasai semua bidang di tempat saya berkerja , pt tersebut merupakan pt yg bergerak dibidang elektronik.
    The challengesKesulitan nya tidak ada karna setiap perkerjaan mempunyai resiko masing-masing dan resiko itu harus kita hadapi dalam bentuk apa pun jadi tidak ada yang namanya kesulitan.

    The good thingssaling support antar proses untuk menghasilkan produk yang baik sampai ke konsumen , sehingga konsumen tidak berpindah tangan untuk mengambil produk yg sama dari perusahaan yg lain dengan produk yg sama tapi kualitas berbeda tentunya
    The challengestidak terdapat tunjangan untuk karyawannya , seperti contohnya adalah transportasi dan makan sehingga karyawan harus lebih mengatur uang lagi karena tidak adanya tunjangan tersebut , tunjangan seperti itu sangatlah membantu sekali untuk kehidupan para karyawannya

    The good thingsweekend off from work. Close to city center. Friendly colleagues.
    The challengesChasing deadline to meet customer's demand. Need to be very meticulous in works. Need to take note for every single tasks cause sometimes can come abundance of tasks in a single time. No Over Time pay for above minimum pay, only meal allowance given with condition the respective employee need to work for at least 3 hours. Lesser than that, no meal allowance provided.
