    The good thingsPerusahaan mewajibkan lembur untuk bagian pabrik tapi bagian head office bebas, senin-jumat wajib lembur 1 jam sabtu masuk dari jam 8-5 sore. Lembur tidak dibayar dan hanya dihitung loyalitas.

    The good thingskekeluargaan karena karyawan yang terbilang masih sedikit.
    The challengesKesejahteraan karyawan belum cukup baik, tidak ada tunjangan BPJS. Jam kerja selalu melebihi waktu normal dan tidak dihitung lembur. Pressure sangat besar karena karyawan tiap divisi (kecuali produksi) masing-masing 1 orang
