    The good thingsPerusahaan dimana yang memperlakukan karyawannya dengan baik, hak2 karyawan selalu diberikan, senang bisa punya owner yang baik dan juga masih muda, jam kerja yang pasti, cara kerja yang leluasa walau ada target. fasilitas kantor yang bagus, lingkungan kerja yang nyaman.
    The challengessetiap pekerjaan selalu ada kesulitannya masing-masing, namun dalam pekerjaan saya sering stress jika tidak mencapai target berturut-turut, persaingan yang kurang sehat kadang suka saya rasakan. Pekerjaan yang kadang harus tetap dikerjakan walau di rumah lagi off atau cuti bahkan di malam hari kadang masih harus membalas chat customer

    Just an Ok company with poor HR system
    The good thingsFamily - like colleagues, no gap between upper management and staff it's like working in a foreign company.
    The challengesNot clear career path karena terlalu banyak orang orang yang sudah tua, HR yang sangat buruk tidak ada kordinasi dengan karyawan tentang kekurangan data, data bpjs ketenagakerjaan tidak di input selama 6 bulan dan baru di kerjakan setelah di tanyakan. HR juga tidak jelas untuk masa kontrak kerja yang dimana semua nya serba last minute. pertama x nya ngerasain kerja sama HR yang kayak fresh graduate lambat nya bukan main. kompensasi kontrak tidak jelas kapan akan di settle padahal kontrak kerja telah berakhir lebih dari 1 bulan. lastly proses reimburse yang terkesan di tutup tutupi, tidak jelas flow nya cara nya dan step by step nya. Awal masuk di bilang bisa reimburse bensin tol dll jika ada kebtuuhan untuk pergi ke project tapi setelah di tanya ke HR katanya ga bisa reimburse jika trip dari rumah

    Good companies for fresh graduate
    The good thingsMemiliki lingkungan kerja yang baik. Memberikan plafon tunjangan kesehatan, dan memberikan uang transport bulanan kepada karyawan.
    The challengesTerlalu banyak beban pekerjaan dan deadline mendadak yang diberikan kepada staff, terkadang sulit mendapatkan cuti, dan tidak adanya uang pengganti cuti yang tidak diambil.

    Feels like working at home
    The good thingsIt is a memorable experience to have worked in a company where the colleagues are congenial and fun. I remember working in the probation (the first 3 months) yet I didn't feel abandoned and strange already, we got along very well. They've got exceptional employee's traditions, outings, and events on agenda that'll make anyone blends in, even when you're timid or reluctant kind of personality, you'll be part of the family instantly. In addition, the free daily healthy buffet lunch really helped me save and feel at home even more.
    The challengesThe assignments timeline is a little bit unorganised. Sometimes I wanted to be fast and get the job done before due. But the boss was so picky when it came to alternatives that it literally dragged my pace down. But then the boss would be lenient about the deadline and expanded it. So it is not so progressive as it claims to be.
