    Thrown into the fire
    The good thingsYou're able to learn new things. Some people are nice, but there are also toxic senior and project manager.
    The challengesLiterally thrown into the fire. You have no experiences using the technology used, then you're "magically" the Person In Charge of that projects without prior knowledge or anything. No training at all. I'm having no experiences, and already said that to the management that i had no knowledge about it, still got thrown to that projects because they do not hire people having the expertise needed.
