Good for fresh graduate!

The good things- Best place for fresh graduate to improve their knowledge and experience - People on this company are very nice and comfortable for making friends - No painful punishment if you do something wrong on your job

The challenges- Less opportunities for career development - Less benefits and salaries - Less challenges and only doing routine works - Less eager for adapting something new - Less people and overload jobs
