    The good thingsBanyak pelajaran, motivasi, dukungan, dan pengetahuan yang baru yang saya dapat saat bekerja di perusahaan ini. Saya sudah bekerja 2th di perusahaan ini. Lingkungan pekerjaan dan juga rekan-rekan kerja semua terjalin dengan baik, saling membantu dan memotivasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas diri.
    The challengesKenaikan level dan gaji sangat susah, terkait adanya sistem baru yang membuat semua berdasarkan KPI tetapi tidak di jelaskan secara rinci hal-hal apa saja point KPI tersebut sehingga karyawan susah untuk memacu kualitas diri.
