    The good thingsdapat mengasah bahkan meningkatkan skill yang sudah dimiliki. lebih banyak tahu hal baru setelah bekerja disini. kepercayaan yang diberikan kepada karyawan cukup membuat si karyawan merasa dihargai dan memberikan yang terbaik untuk perusahaan.
    The challengesterkadang sulit untuk menentukan prioritas utama. kualitas code sangat penting untuk pondasi sebuah sistem, namun efisiensi waktu dalam pengerjaan mungkin lebih bisa di manage lebih baik lagi. terkadang menunggu suatu hal selesai sedikit lagi lebih baik dibanding meluangkan waktu untuk memperbaiki hal itu setiap waktu.
