    The good thingssangat kekeluargaan, hubungan antara atasan dan bawahan terjalin sangat baik, tidak ada istilah boss. suasana kantor sangat baik dan bersahabat. untuk lulusan baru sangat baik dan ilmu yang didapat isa sangat bbanyak.
    The challengesgaji menurut saya relatif kecil untuk tanggung jawab yang lumayan, fasilitas kurang diperhatikan, kurang jelasnya mengenai bonus dan insentif. kadang terjadi gesekan antar karyawan, bayaran lembur kurang memadai.
