    The good thingsKerjasama tim dapat terbentuk dengan baik, karena para adjuster memiliki kesulitan masing-masing dalam penanganan klaimnya sendiri, sehingga kami dapat berbagi informasi setiap terdapat kesulitan baik dalam penanganan kasus yang tidak relevan, polis yang rancu, miskomunikasi dengan tertanggung dll.
    The challengesKesulitan pertama adalah apabila para adjuster akan mengirim atau menerbitkan suatu report yang nantinya akan diterima oleh asuransi maupun tertanggung. Belum ada standarisasi report yang ditetapkan pada perusahaan ini, sehingga terkadang para adjuster kesusahan dalam menentukan cara menulis report yang baik dan benar. Karena setelah dikirim ke pihak atasan report selalu berubah-ubah.
