    The good thingsBanyak hal positif, membentuk karakter diri. melatih kesabaran untuk tetap ramah di depan pasien saat kondisi dan keadaan yg tidak memungkinkan (contoh: pasien komplain tentang pelayanan antrian terlalu lama menunggu, atau cara konsultasi dengan dokter yg tidak nyaman, sebagai front office harus bisa menanganinya dan tidak terpancing emosi. Sebisa mungkin tetap melakukan pelayanan yg baik
    The challengesKesulitan dalam bekerja hal yg biasa dan bisa dilakukan beradaptasinya seseorang untuk suatu pekerjaan, tapi tidak untuk karir untuk menjadi karyawan tetap di rs.premier sangat sulit karna terdapatnya vendor di dalamnya.jadi tidak adanya kejelasan untuk karyawan otsorce menjadi karyawan tetap
