    The good thingsPerusahaannya tidak hanya sekedar kewajiban mengembankan tugas didalam pekerjaan, namun sering bersilahturahmi terhadap keluaga sesama karyawan dan owner perusahaan. Dalam salah satu contoh family gatering dan acara tahunan perusahaan.
    The challengesHampir tidak ada kesulitan. Hanya ada persaingan yg kurang sehat didalam sesama karyawan yg kurang menonjol dan kurang menampakan kinerja kepimpinan itulah yg sering tersingkir. personal kalau utk yg lain tidak paham.

    The challengesBoleh dikatakan tidak ada, semua bagus, sesama pekerja jg saya rasa yaa lumayan bagus. Namun memang jujur ada beberapa yang mungkin kurang cara komunikasi ke atasan/pimpinan kadang tidak sesuai dgn aktual dilapangan, informasi blm positif sudah dilaporkan namun pada akhirnya itu tdk pasti.
