- Tipe pekerjaan mensupport pelanggan PT.Pratesis yaitu PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk, mensupport/troubleshooting sistem aplikasi penjualan di distributor unilever mulai dari sistem dg nama Scylla dan lanjut ke sistem S&D Pro, dan juga mensupport user/orang/admin pemakai aplikasi/sistem penjualan tersebut.
- Saya mengcover/mensupport +-35 distributor unilever area palembang, yg terdiri dari distributor tipe General Trade, Modern Trade, serta Distributor Ice Cream.
- Saya menyukai pekerjaan ini karena bekerja dg cara berpikir memecahkan suatu masalah, memperbaiki nya, memberikan solusi, sehingga sistem & user tidak mengalami kendala
The challenges- Bekerja tidak dg team, karena di tempatkan di area hanya 1 orang, agak sulit jika suatu waktu menemui kendala yg agak rumit.
