    Perubahan Manajemen
    The good thingsBanyak sekali pelajaran yang didapat disini, disini bekerja tapi belajar juga, mana digaji pula. Disini dilatih kerja cepat dan dibawah tekanan. Untuk teman kerja semuanya positif, jarang ada yang benturan. Banyak sekali perubahan di Pratama ini mulai dari peraturan perusahaan dan manajemen semua berubah ke arah yang lebih baik utk Karyawan dan Perusahaan.
