    The good thingsAlat kerja dan kelengkapan APD diberikan oleh kantor sebelum datang ke lokasi
    The challengesKurang nya koordinasi antara lapangan dengan pihak kantor. Terjadi miskomunikasi, yang terjadinya tim di lapangan sering terkena masalah. Kurang nya di perhatikan nya kondisi tim di lapangan oleh kantor seperti mental, psikis, kesehatan dan keuangan. Kurang di support untuk penggantian biaya/ganti rugi/reimburse bila dana pribadi digunakan selama di lapangan.

    The good things- Kerjaan tertata rapi karena selalu meeting setiap minggu mengenai update project dan kendala-kendala apa yang dihadapi dan saling koordinasi - Makan siang disiapkan dari Office dan pelayanan seperti pagi dan sore ada Coffee Break jadi setiap pegawai bisa request mau minum apa
