    The good thingsperusahaan yang mengutamakan keselamatan dalam bekerja, mengutamakan tim work dan komunikasi yang baik, tidak ada perbandingan senior dan junior semua sama di perusahaan ini khususnya di workshop mekanik
    The challengesyang paling sulit di dalam perusahaan ini yaitu pengembangan karir / jabatan, jadi tidak disarankan jika bekerja disini karir kita dapat berkembang, tapi perusahaan ini pun tidak bgtu sulit jika kita ingin mencari ilmu / pengalaman dalam bekerja.

    The challengesPengaplikasian istem yang berlaku di dalamnya tidak sesuai dengan SOP. Kemudian, sistem manajemennya tidak begitu jelas. Gaji yang diberikan juga tidak begitu memuaskan, dan tidak ada tunjangan yang berarti.
