    The good thingsmanajemen mendukung tuk kemajuan karir karyawan.dan saling memberikan ilmu pada bawahan yg blm mengerti.dalam 1minggu di adakan rapat koordinasi tuk menyelesaikan permasalahan 2an yg timbul di lapangan.mengutamakan keselamatan (safety)dlm bekerja ,dan memberikan training tuk memperdalam wawasan.karyawan.
    The challengesgambar kerja yg di berikan sering tidak lengkap.sehingga merepotkan kerja di lapangan,dan tidak adanya kata terlambat bt pekerjaan yg di berikan hrs sesui scidule kerja yg ada.dan dalam menghadapi lsm yg ada.sering terjadi ke tidak selarasan dlm berkoordinasi.terutama thp matrial dan alat yg datang ke lokasi kerja.

    The good thingsAlways update the construction skill from Japan. Because, our Headquarter in Tokyo. Teisei Corporation thats most good construction company in the world, they are always upgrade our skill and knowledge continuously.
    The challengesWe have to build good communication with our friends from Japan. In addition to the mandatory mastering of spoken English, we are also required to speak even a little Japanese. The discipline and high work ethic of our Japanese friends, a great bit spread to us as well.
