    Gaji sangat buruk (sangat jauh dr UMR) hanya 3 juta

    The challengesChallenge untuk menjadi terbaik kebanyakan show off / lebih ke senioritas , dan ada pula sampai cari muka. Untuk kinerja, perusahaan banyak menuntut target / hasil dan tidak sebanding dengan gaji yg diterima (jauh banget dan cukup rendah dr UMR hanya 3 juta), belum kanvasing dll yang tidak ada uang transport, kinerja kurang dihargai, banyak drama /manipulatif dr management (oknum) - berdasar pengalaman pribadi. Semoga bisa diperbaiki untuk kinerja managemen supaya lebih sehat. Sering² ada audit kalo perlu.
