    The good thingsLingkungan kerja relatif kondusif, ada beberapa pekerjaan tambahan pekerjaan guna meningkatkan kualitas kerja. Terkadang terdapat pelatihan individu guna meningkatkan semangat, kualitas & hasil pekerjaan.
    The challengesAdanya beberapa pekerjaan tambahan, terkadang membuat pekerjaan rutin tidak dilakukan secara maksimal. Terkadang juga pekerjaan tambahan menjadi pekerjaan inti sehingga ada beberapa pekerjaan diluar SOP.
