    Ambisi besar tapi eksekusinya payah.
    The good thingsLokasi kampus yang strategis, mudah dicapai dengan transportasi umum. Tunjangan yang cukup baik sebagai pegawai.
    The challengesTidak ada sistem kepimpinan yang jelas, banyak pejabat di organisasi ini yang terlalu takut atau banyak tekanan untuk mengambil keputusan sederhana. Sebagai dosen yang pernah bekerja di PTS lainnya, saya melihat di kampus ini tidak punya jalur kerjasama yang baik dengan holding company.

    Not for you who wants to have a career path
    The good thingsBecause they are part of the big company which is PT. Agung Podomoro Land, so they have the best average for salary.
    The challengesThe environment of the daily activities, it was so hard to communicate with some division and. They keep change the organizational structure. Not sure about our fixed job description as well.
