cannot think other good times because everytime when facing upper management, I feel like i need to endure a lecture session
The challengesThe overall working experience is poor since I arrived in the first day, it promises me many things like incentive, salary and opportunities to learn many things. but it also a red flag that the management is so poor that leave the employee to the point disappointed (also many people leaving). Good reward is only be rewarded little and the punishment is so often by being late by a minute because traffiic or simple mistake being threated by insentive/salary cut and etc. Also your skill and talent isn't respected here
