    The challengesPerusahaan ini sulit untuk adanya remunerasi gaji ataupun bonus, dan itu pasti tidak akan mungkin, kecuali karyawan tersebut di promosikan ke level yang lebih dari tanggungjawabnya dan akan dilakukan remunerasi, itupun akan sangat kecil remunerasi gaji yang dilakukan.

    The good thingsin here we work as a team to achieve common goals. we learn new thing how to manage a drilling project , how to make a safety working place and healthy environment, and create balance in harmony between all staff member , how to make almost everything possible to do to achieve common goals for better future.
    The challengessome project from client have a tight time , so we also have to prepare our services equipment during a tight period as client schedule. the challenges is also come from mobilization plan and preparation before project execute. next after project done we review how the project has done and some client want us to company them when they have explain the project to government or highly management (example SKK MIGAS).
