    The good thingsRasa kekeluargaan yang begitu erat di sini saya mempunyai teman rasa ayah teman rasa sodara dan teman rasa ibu. Satu susah semua ikut susah satu senang semua ikut senang beban hidup terasa berkurang adanya kluarga di tempat saya bekerja. Di sini saya belajar menjadi orang yang dewasa dan lebih baik dari teman teman yang lebih senior dari saya. Di sini saya lebih banyak mendapatkan ilmu ilmu yang slama ini belum pernah saya dapat di mana pun. Pokoknya seru deh kalo semua di ceritain.
    The challengesHal yang paling sulit adalah ketika saya harus meninggalkan teman saya untuk mencari pengalaman di tempat lain. Tapi buat saya mungkin ini lah jalan hidup ada pertemuan dan ada pula perpisahan. Ibarat teman buat saya adalah kluarga di saat saya di tempat saya mencari rejeki.

    The good thingsThe good things about this company is you get to learn so much about new things here since I joined here as fresh graduate. It feels like a family in the work environment here, there is no gap between the superior and the subordinate, but still professional.

    Tempat yang baik untuk para pemula
    The good thingsSuasanyanya kekeluargaan. Jika anda orang baru, karyawan lain akan dengan mudah akrab dengan anda. Karyawan bisa saling mengenal dengan mudah. Gaji juga cukup baik dan tepat waktu. Perusahaan juga menghargai kehidupan pribadi karyawan, dibuktikan dengan dimungkinkannya karyawan untuk pulang tepat waktu.
    The challengesHampir setiap bulan mendengar kabar ada karyawan yang resign, namun pencarian pengganti karyawan tersebut begitu lambat. Jenjang karier juga kurang baik, karena untuk satu jabatan perusahaan lebih memilih mendatangkan orang luar daripada mempromosikan orang dalam yang sudah mengenal orang-orang di dalam perusahaan.
