    The good things- Banyak pengalaman baru sebagai leader - Belajar bekerja dengan cepat dan tepat - Tanggap dan peka terhadap proses produksi - Belajar mekanikal dan elektrikal mesin2 besar - Atasan yang supportif, menerima segala masukan - Ajaran untuk menjadi proaktif
    The challenges- resource perusahaan sangat terbatas - beberapa fasilitas dipaksakan hingga dapat membahayakan operator - fasilitas k3 tidak ada, dan sepertinya k3 tidak ditekankan oleh manajemen diperusahaan ini. - longterm solution dari sebuah masalah cenderung lambat di cari - tekanan tinggi tanpa diimbangi fasilitas yang baik (harus bekerja dengan alat yang ada) - jobdesk operator tidak bisa fokus terhadap kualitas karena terpecah dengan jobdesk sampingan.

    Perusahaan yg cocok bagi Anda dgn usia diatas 35 tahun, tidak merasa perlu berkembang, kerja gitu2 aja. Tapi bagi Anda yg usia2 matang dan ingin berkembang baik skill ataupun pola fikir, lebih baik pikir 2x jgn sampai nyesel seperti saya

    Not recommend, tidak bagus untuk pengembangan karir dan budaya kerja yang sangat tidak baik.
    The good thingsTidak Jelas Program pengembangan dan Career path, S1 Teknik bekerja seperti pekerja level worker, tidak ada enginer SOP atau prosedur teknis, rata rata usia karyawan yang sangat tua atau masuk pada tahun 90 an. Bahkan kry baru justru dipengaruhi senior untuk keluar untuk pindah ke tempat lain

    an experience i dont want to repeat.
    The good thingsbig company (but doesn't mean it has good management) famous product (many people knows the product)
    The challenges1. bad company environment, especially the senior employee. the new employee have to learn everything on their own.(no training at all) 2. unpaid overtime and useless overtime. just waiting admin dept to finish their work. even though other employees have nothing to do with it. yess...just waiting and wasting time at all... 3. unclear job description. this company has a delivery departement, but they don't do their job clearly. in the end, sales dept has to arrange all the delivery. and if there is a problem with delivery, sales dept is the first people to be blame. 4. high employee turnover in all dept. it means everything in this company not going well. the boss should think why.... 5. sales admin has a bad attitude. they can't speak politely and it makes the work environment bad. maybe the boss/manager can give training to their admin how to behave and say well to everyone.

    The good thingsGood team togetherness, facilities to support sales outside the city. Many young people are excited, they study and work together. Good health facilities, Insurance Guarantee from the Company. Sense of family at work.
    The challengesThe company in the old ways maintained. The bosses tend not to heed the advice of the field team and don't trust the team's performance. Lack of coordination between teams, tend to work alone with separate departments with their own rules. But for Beginners it is very suitable to build a good character and learn a lot about the scope of work. Often work more than the actual working hours without compensation.
