    The good thingsperusahaan yang baik mengikuti haampir semua regulasi pemerintah tentang tenaga kerja. rasa kekeluargaan antar karyawan cukup tinggi dan banyak ilmu yg saya dapat di perusahaan ini.
    The challengestidak ada kesulitan yang berarti, apabila fokus pada solusi. hanya saya terkadang pekerjaan sangat over dan juga integritas SDM di beberapa departement masih belum diterapkan banyak kecurangan yg dilakukan oleh orang tersebut,dan management tidak mengetahuinya, saya harap pihak audit lebih jeli dalam audit di tiap daerah.

    The good thingsPeKerjaan lumayan asik, banyak ilmu yg saya dapatkan disini. Dan rasa kekeluargaan sama beberapa karyawan lainnya, tanpa liat status jabatan.
    The challengesTantangan nya di departemen saya sekian banyak trouble hanya di handle oleh 1 orang. Terkadang kerja mesti over. Belum lagi ada beberapa orang di tiap departemen yg tidak bisa diajak kerjasama. Selalu ngeribetin orang, dan selalu curang, integritas masih belum diterapkan di wilayah saya bekerja, banyak kecurangan yg saya temuin di kantor daerah saya bekerja
