    The good thingsSekitar kurang lebih 2thn jd operator produksi ,kemungkinan atasan melihat skil saya bagus dan saya d naikan jabatan menjadi sub leader grup, jabatan tersebut pun sangat mensupport diri sendiri untuk bekerna lebih baik lagi.
    The challengesjadi sub leader sendiri itu sangat sulit dan membutuhkan waktu yg lama, proses yg lama ,dan alhamdulilah yg tadinya tidak tahu apa2 skrng jd tahu itu semua karna diri sendiri mau belajar dan terus belajar untuj lebih baik lagi .
