    Nice work place and neighborhood.
    The good thingsAlmost every works here can be done by yourself or ask others to help you out with your work. The products are mostly mass product so you'll be easy to get along with your work. The seniors are really really friendly that they could teach you something you didn't know in no time even without you asking.
    The challengesYou have to keep all machines or tools that you used always in a good condition, or you will get into trouble like machine doesn't work well, then your boss will call you out for what's happening, but of course the boss wants the production keep going so you have to improvise with your work that you'll just make your work more difficult and take more times. You know, if a machine gets older so does the performance. It needs routine maintenance, and you have to do it yourself if you don't want to get more works to do. That was last year. Maybe now or in the future there'll be new machines to replace the old ones.

    The good thingssaya on the job training di PT Pindad (persero) bandung, OJT ini salah satu syarat kelulusan di PPNS. di perusahaan saya di tempatkan di divisi alat berat yang memiliki 4 sub yaitu dep.permesinan, dep engeneering, dep. assembly, dan dep. fabrikasi. saya diberikan leluasa untuk mengetahui dep. tersebut, yang sehingga nantinya dapat judul sebagai topik tugas akhir. para pekerjanya sangat ramah, tidak ada pembedaan, sangat disiplin waktu dan mengutamakan safety first.
    The challengesdi perusahaan ini mayoritas pekerjanya adalah lak-laki, jadi harus banyak menyesuaikan dengan mereka. kemudian untuk produk yang di produksi besar-besar sehingga saya hanya bisa melihat tanpa bisa membantu dan mempelajari sedikit-sedikit

    The challengesThe company is corporate company and has many divisions, so the rules are complicated, it need more time to get approval from board of Director. Since my Division is trading, we need shirt time to accomplished everything, so I have to push every one in the head quarter to accelerate the process.
