    The good thingsNice team to work with, easy to ask a permission to day off. Learn a lot of things (because I do lots of thing).
    The challengesWhen I'm in the middle of something, I have to do another things that push me to do a multiple task quickly. About benefit, we need to ask it first (not automatically).

    How to Appreciate All Employees
    The good thingsThe Field is really match with my specialty, also it gave a good experiences by travelling around Indonesia, even worldwide. I able to meet lots of new people and have a good connection with many people.
    The challengesThe facilities is not enough, at first i guaranteed to have a good incentive and health insurance (BPJS), but after i worked here for 2 years, i only got 2 times of incentive (and i have to look for it, asking for it for months), and i havent registered for health insurances. I need to ask for resign 2 times, until i got a good salary. at first, with my degree, i only got below standard (UMR). and i wont have a career development because theres a lot of limitations.
