    The good thingsUntuk pekerjaan bisa dikatakan sangat banyak loadnya, namun karena sifatnya keproyekan dikerjakan bersama - sama jadi tidak terasa begitu berat. Semua mengerjakan dengan jobdesk masing-masing. Dikantor ini, Tunjangan yang sangat layak atau bisa dikatakan yang tidak akan didapatkan diperusahaan swasta lainnya adalah tunjangan kesehatan untuk karyawan tetap biaya rawat jalan ditanggung perusahaan tanpa batasan pertahun dan biaya rawat inap kelas menyesuaikan dengan jabatan.
    The challengesBeberapa pekerjaan masih bersifat manual dan budaya untuk merubah all management kedalam digital masih lambat, tidak semua orang mau. Kekompakan hanya terjadi dalam divisi masing-masing untuk lintas divisi masih saling lempar. untuk pengembangan karir terbilang cukup namun hanya untuk maksimal sampai dengan supervisi, jika menjadi manager sangat lama sekali.
