    Excellent place to build technical fundamentals in Oil & Gas, especially in Instrumentation scope.
    The good thingsWorking here provides immense exposure to the technical aspects of the Midstream & Downstream Gas sector. As an engineer, you get hands-on experience with Metering Systems, SCADA, and commissioning processes (Gas-In) that adhere to high safety standards (Pertamina Group HSSE). The teamwork in the project site is solid, and senior engineers are generally supportive of knowledge sharing. Good starting point for career acceleration.
    The challengesThe gap between contract employees (PKWT) and organic employees is quite visible in terms of benefits and career progression. The administrative process can be bureaucratic and slow at times. For engineers looking for a rapid salary increase, the progression here is moderate compared to Tier-1 EPC companies.

    The good thingsMany literature about project management in this company. We can develop our skill by join on several project. It is suitable for you who have a strong analytical engineering and more about design philosophy especially in oil and gas industry (downstream).
    The challengesIt is very interesting to have many partner here and work with other background people. For those who don't like challenges and parallel jobs, it's not recommended to join here because in this company your shall show off your best skills to gain every chance given from the boss. Accountability, transparency, reliability are our slogan to reach goals.
