    It's good to work over here, as the workmates are so kind, but not suitable for those who want to search for a permanent position or career development.
    The good thingsBasically, the working environment here is pretty good, even I know that sometimes the management system should be improved. The employees here are sooo patient, kind and free to share their knowledge.
    The challenges- Contractual basis which we cannot predict when we can be cut any time. - No career level.

    The good thingsKerjasama team yang baik dan komunikatif. Ketika ada pekerjaan yang berbahaya, adanya prosedur dan mitigasi pekerjaan agar detail pekerjaan dilapangan aman dan safety. Hal positif lainnya yaitu komunikasi antar team yang saling mendukung.
    The challengesHal yang menurut saya sulit adalah kurangnya pengetahuan informasi software yang tepat untuk di gunakan di lapangan.
