    The good thingsBekerja di Pesantren itu menyenangkan, Bekerja serta dapat mencari ilmu agama. Mempunyai teman kantor yang menyenangkan yang dapat membimbing dan saling mengingatkan.
    The challengesKesulitan yang didapatkan tidak terlalu banyak, mungkin karena devisi IT dan keuangan ini dididik dengan standar Internasional sehingga harus menyesuaikan kultur yang ada.
