    The good thingsIt's good work, life balance in Perumnas Central Office. The room ambience is good, expecially if you're an architect, civil or having technic background. Our senior having good attitude, humble and having good education background
    The challengesNeed to be patience for your career steep, sooner or later you'll be a leader, at least an assistence manager. The deadline quit tight when the project need to be start very fast. But dont worry, you'll get extra benefit (overtime pay)

    Not great for first time job
    The good thingsThe work environment is full of young talented staff especially in the HQ. But in the Branch office not. The salary is average for first time job for Jakarta Area. The health insurance pretty good. Bonuses pretty good. it is easy to take leave or leave early during work.
    The challengesThe management is still developing phase. So much uncertainty in the management. To have promotion, it is easy in the early step, but in the managerial step, need more than excellence performance, but more to personal closeness. So much people in management take things personally too.
